Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and lesson packs are handled at BYMUSICA. It applies to all lessons booked through www.bymusica.com.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. If you cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice or more, your credit is kept and can be used for a future lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full or forfeit one credit from your lesson pack.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can reschedule directly through your Acuity Scheduling confirmation email, or contact us at info@bymusica.com or 0416 562 326.

Lesson Packs

Lesson packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after this period. Lesson packs are transferable to another person if needed — just let us know in advance.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a lesson, it will still end at the scheduled time so we can stay on schedule for other students. The full lesson fee or credit still applies.

Free Trial Lessons

Free trial lessons follow the same 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice as paid lessons. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for future free trials.
