These terms outline how lessons, bookings, and payments work at BYMUSICA. By booking a lesson through www.bymusica.com, you agree to these terms. BYMUSICA is operated by Bruno Yague, based in Dee Why, Sydney, NSW.

Lessons and Format

We offer in-person lessons at our private studio in Dee Why and online lessons via video call, depending on the instrument and your preference. Lesson length and pricing are outlined on our Pricing page.

Minimum Age

Lessons are available to students aged 13 and over. Younger students may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us to discuss.

Payment and Pricing

Current pricing for single lessons and lesson packs is available on our Pricing page. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices may change from time to time; any changes will be reflected on the website.

Free Trial Lessons

New students are welcome to book one free trial lesson, 45 minutes, on any instrument we teach. Free trials are limited to one per new student and are subject to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Lesson Packs

Lesson packs of 5 or 10 lessons are available at a discount and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and pack terms are set out in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Business Hours

Lessons are generally available Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, Sydney time (AEST/AEDT). Availability may vary — please check at the time of booking.
